Corporate Training

The Corporate Training Unit (CTU) was establ1ished in August 2015 with the purpose of expanding SriLankan Aviation College’s training services to the corporate sector. SLAC’s corporate sector training ranges from overseas airlines, other stakeholders in the overseas airline industry, local aviation stakeholders and other industries as well.

The Corporate Training Unit facilitates customer training requests in different approaches. CTU plays the role in identifying and analyzing training requirements of customers and coordinates with customers to develop a product which will best suit customer needs. CTU designs and develops a total training solution to the customer after analyzing the training requirements and the unit monitors delivery of the product up to required standards.

CTU is updated with current trends in the industry and from time to time redesigns programmes to suit market trends and demands. CTU guarantees the quality of delivery of the product up to required standards. It maintains continuous relationships with corporate clients and assures satisfaction with regard to services we provide. 

Within a short span of its establishment, this unit made a considerable contribution to the SriLankan Aviation College by establishing SLAC as the training partner of many overseas airlines and prestigious local corporate entities and professional bodies. Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Bureau, Sampath Bank, Airport and Aviation Services Sri Lanka, Travel Agents Association Of Sri Lanka, Trans Maldivian Airways, Island Aviation, Maldives are few of SriLankan Aviation College’s corporate customers.
